Reach out to NubX, nycotic, IamShinYu. Unknown guilds suggest dead/solo guilds.
Scout small guild players during guild war weeks. Losses create windows.
After cuts: 19 members + 11 open slots. Fill 5-6 strong recruits.
Recruiting Tips
How to approach recruits
Never assume anything. Don't assume someone wants to leave their guild. Don't assume they know who you are. Don't assume their guild is dead just because it's small.
Lead with respect, not a sales pitch. "Hey, I noticed your conquest numbers. Impressive." goes further than "We're recruiting, interested?"
Ask about their situation first. Are they happy? Is their guild active? What are they looking for? Listen before you pitch.
Sell the community, not the stats. Strong players get recruitment DMs constantly. What makes Celest different is the alliance, the culture, the people. That's the pitch.
Timing matters. After a bad GW loss, after a guild drama, after a season reset. That's when people are open to change. Don't cold DM on a random Tuesday.
One bad recruit poisons the well. A Challenger who's toxic is worse than a Grandmaster who shows up every day. Character over stats.
Don't poach from allies. Mabletree, Hikari, and anyone in the Celest Alliance are off limits. We build bridges, not burn them.
Follow up, don't stalk. One message. If they don't respond, move on. If they say no, respect it. Your reputation is your recruiting tool.
